If
you see Pending in the Shipped Via column of the
order tracking form on this page it means that we've received your
order and it's been placed in the order pick stage. When
your order is shipped you'll receive an electronic notification
with a hyperlink containing your order tracking information. We
ship about 75% of all of our orders directly from our location in
Sarasota, FL. However, the item(s) that you've ordered at times
may be shipped from one of our eight out-of-state locations.
In this case, your shipment tracking number may not be immediately
available and you'll still see Pending although your order
might have already been shipped. Under normal circumstances, this
delay should not be more than 2 to 3 business days. We use
UPS for all of our domestic orders including Canada and Caribbean
nations. Some heavy and oversized items such as heaters and
certain filters will only be shipped by common carriers.
Your shipment tracking information will be updated shortly after
your order is shipped.
We
use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our overseas
orders. Unfortunately USPS doesn't provide a tracking service
for both the international Airmail and Surface Parcel Posts. We'll
send you electronic notification, however, when your order is
shipped. Please allow 4 to 10 business days and 4 to 6 weeks for
Airmail Parcel Post and Surface Parcel Post delivery,
respectively.
Your
online order tracking information will be deleted from our
database 30 days after you've been notified of your shipment. If
you would like to retrieve your previous orders please click on
the Previous Order tap at the top navigation menu on this page.

and retrieve your orders.
