Warranties:
Poolian.com warrants that a product sold through our web-store is
brand new, not remanufactured or reconditioned in anyway, and carries
an original manufacturer's warranty. You can purchase with
confidence because any warranty on a manufacture's product will apply
when you purchase through Poolian.com. Warranty info on a
specific product is normally included in its owner's manual. We have
an extensive gallery of product manuals online, and you can check to
see if a product manual of your interest is available online by
opening this link, techhelp_manual.asp.
You may also contact its manufacturer to obtain detailed warranty info
for an item that interests you.
In the event that you receive an order with damaged or missing part(s)/item(s),
Poolian.com will send you the replacement part(s)/item(s) or whole
product (to our option) right away at no cost to you.
Should a defect in workmanship and/or material of a product that
you purchased become evident after the product has been installed or
operated, then you're advised to contact its manufacturer directly to
have such item or part replaced or repaired in accordance with their
warranty terms and conditions.
Poolian.com will accept warranty returns of A.O.Smith motors including
Magnetek Centurion motors. Please check with A.O.Smith first to make
sure that your motor is still under the warranty before contacting us.
Poolian.com will send you a new replacement motor that's covered by
the warranty. You'll, however, be responsible for any cost of shipping
both ways: sending a warranty motor and receiving a replacement.

view and download relevant manuals or datasheets whenever they are

web store. If you find discrepancy or have doubt about the

After you have received your order please read owner's manual
carefully and follow the manufacturer's instruction for the
proper/safe use and/or installation of the item that you ordered.
